Shabu-shabu served in an impressive 60cm diameter iron pot.
We are going to open Shabu-shabu restaurant in front of Kutchan Station in mid-December. We use Rusutsu Yotei pork, and our original shabu-shabu is cooked using by the special original pot (Yotei pot).
